Where is the fuel filter located on a 2002 Honda Accord?

I want to change the fuel filter in my car but don't know where it is located. I did a search and found so many different answers to this question. Should be the same location as anyone who has a '98 - '04 car. Also, if you have worked on them, I'd like some tips on changing it.

It's under the hood. On the firewall, behind the engine on the driver's side. It's a black cylinder with two rubber lines coming off for fuel inlet and outlet. You can't miss it.
