I have a 2003 Dodge ram 1500 3.7 engine

unless your going to change the pump on it. nothing like rick told you ,its part of the pump assembly on that one and normally doesn't need to be changed out until the pump goes bad,that was one fault i had against dodges though they needed to have a serviceable filter on all their vehicles,good luck.

It might only have one in the fuel tank, so that would be expensive to change.
Well since the fuel pump is part of the filter and you dont change the filter till the pump fails then it would cost you nothing.
