it is most likely along the drivers side frame rail. it should be almost directly under the drivers door.

94-03 7.3s are on top under a plastic shield and is in the center of the engine.
03-08 6.0 and 6.4 use two of them
One mounted on the frame rail as part of the fuel unit on the frame rail.. and the smaller one is in a housing on the top to the lower right of the oil filter (it's the smaller housing on top)
