Is changing a fuel filter on a 99 honda accord something i can do myself even if i dont know much about cars?

The filter on many cars is in a tight space, you really should have flare nut wrenches, and there is the possibility of messing up a fuel line. I have been working on my own cars for a long time and I still am not comfortable changing my fuel filter on all my vehicles.
